Motorsport Graphic Design

Established in 2013, Hype Creative delivers world class designs for some of the fastest drivers and race teams at National and International level. While every project is different our approach is always the same as we aim to deliver on-brand artwork in a dynamic way which follows an original design brief with a final design which stands out among the vast competition using our own signature style to give you something truly unique.

This combined knowledge base helps deliver a wealth of graphic design options such as printed and digital sponsorship proposals, helmet and race suit designs along with car livery and the associated branding which follows this. This also includes the pit boardings that surround the cars in the garage as well as the trailers and tractor units that deliver the cars to the circuit…

…and more

With a competitive background in motorsport, which dates back to the nineties, our designers have a proven race pedigree and we also still compete today when time permits on the UK's finest race tracks. But we're not strictly limited to motorsport graphic design. We even design consumer and business-to-business magazines, create brand identities and deliver eye catching logo designs, too. If you have any questions please feel free to get in touch with us via this very website or by our social media channels.

A simple process

Every design begins with an enquiry, where the clients design brief and requirements are outlined initially. We just need to know what service you require (helmet design, car livery etc) alongside the requirements for the said design. There's never a definitive list of needs but to kick the design process off it's great to get a list of the colours, the style you'd like, any important logos sending to us and more importantly a budget guide so we can keep the project within your costs.

Once we have a confirmed order the customer is invoiced (with payment required upfront) to confirm the design slot and the concept designs are then created based on the brief. As soon as the initial draft is ready, it is sent for feedback along with further discussions and approval. With this feedback sometimes the initial designs are changed but will eventually lead to the any other angles/views/pages to be created to complete the design order as each stage is confirmed.

And then we’re at the exciting part… which is when the final design is confirmed. At this stage the final proofs are subbed and checked for spellings, colours and any unique details meet the brief before the sign-off. Once confirmed the artwork can then be sent to the manufacturer/painter/sign-writer/printer/client.

Our goal with every project is to deliver the very best artwork for the customer's brief along with keeping the process not only enjoyable but as seamless as possible. Although our biggest strength is showing other people yours…
